CTI Train-the-Trainer is an advanced course for experienced CTI practitioners who will train others within their organization. It is especially valuable for organizations seeking to build sustainable internal training capacity, support consistent CTI practice as new staff join, and strengthen long-term implementation of the model. Participants learn not only how to teach the CTI model, but how to help staff understand and apply its core principles in practice.

Two post-training consultation sessions are included to support your new trainers as they prepare to deliver CTI training within your organization.
