Critical Time Intervention: The Fidelity Review

Critical Time Intervention is backed by rigorous research and therefore appealing to organizations seeking to improve and measure their outcomes. In order to ensure the best outcomes, CTI programs must first undergo a fidelity review that measures the extent to which providers adhere to the CTI model in practice. In an ideal situation, organizations should conduct a fidelity review once the first cohort of clients has passed through all the phases of their CTI intervention.
