Critical Time Intervention: Train the Trainer
This is an advanced course designed for providers already trained in the basic CTI model. Large organizations who wish for their own in-house trainers or who experience rapid staff turnover would benefit from CTI Train the Trainer. The participants will be equipped with tools, strategies and exercises for use in training new staff.
The live online course is 3 hours each session over 3 days with the structure made flexible to accommodate your needs. The content is presented or delivered through PowerPoint presentations, break-out group discussions, and role-plays, with time reserved for questions and answers. Pre-training meetings ensure that training and documentation are individualized for your organization. Two post-training consultations to assist with training preparation are included in the fee.
